December 14, 2007, Newsletter Issue #21: I Spy With My Little Eye - A Junked Car

Tip of the Week

Keep kids busy on a particularly long road trip by getting them to be on the lookout for junked cars.  Not only will it keep them busy, it might provide fodder for back-to-school reports on what they did during the summer months. It's a great way to teach them about environmental hazards like junked cars. Naturally, your kids aren't going to want long-winded lectures on the need to clean up junk heaps. They want to have fun. Make it a good experience by talking about the positive outcomes of donating junk cars to charity.
