Recycling Your Junk Car
Did you know that you can recycle your old junked car? A typical passenger car is about 75 to 80 percent recyclable. Some of the materials that can be recycled include steel frames, wheels, engines and body parts and non-ferrous metal products like aluminum trim, copper and brass radiators. You might be surprised to know that fluids such as antifreeze, engine oil, gasoline and Freon can be reused. Other recyclable items from your junked car include batteries and tires.
Thinking about contacting a company in Michigan for free junk car removal? It's a great idea and now you can be confident that the vehicle will make it to a junkyard in Michigan and won't just be tossed to rot in a field somewhere. If you're thinking of junking your car or donating your junked car to charity, contact junk-yard.org for assistance.
